(Yes I know there are solutions to host a solution myself but I'm a 1 man IT guy who writes a lot of the software my company uses and need to offload work.Who would you prefer for my situation and why? Again, I don't want a solution to replace Teams, just need a solution for inbound/outbound calls and work remotely without office phone.The problems with each of these companies, have those problems been fixed yet?.RingCentral is good and considered the standard, but billing is screwed up and sales team is too aggressive. I have seen the endless debate on 8x8 vs Nextiva vs RingCentral. Here is a list of nice to haves but not required: Also if you are in the middle of a call, you can switch between them easily. Need to be able to answer call on cell phone, desktop, office phone, etc.Need the ability to have a receptionist to answer or an auto attendant.We don't need a solution that offers features to replace Teams if that makes sense.Nextiva is the leader in Customer Service & Business Management.
